Certainly true; much of the blame does rest with his shoulders.

I just don't like saying he is directly responsible. But, no doubt his failures and cowardice largely were contributors to allowing Al Quada to grow.

His response of NOTHING to the Cole really was outrageous.

The Cole segment is not set to air until Monday night. From what I heard they did show part 1 to a group of people. That was when Ben Venista went nuts. Since they could not air the whole thing to them in one sitting they were all given a DVD of the part two when they left.

rw, add in TWA 800 and the OKC bombing to your list of outrageous. Talk about your cover-up.

I have a good friend who was very high up in the TWA airplane maintenance dept, supervisory level, at that time.

He says there was no engine failure or flame out on that plane.
