Really making George Tenet and Sandy Berger looking bad --they call off attack, even though the CIA and Northern Alliance as Bin Laden surrounded. Clinton refused to authorizer attack. Northern Alliance commander asks if "There are really men left in Washington DC?"

They can blame Bush for the next segment of this documentary but the nightmare is that the heads of the CIA and FBI remained in place.
Truth be told tho, even a new head of both these organizations could not have gotten up to speed in time to save us from 9/11.

Tenet looked OK in one of the cuts. He pressed Madam Albut on the failure of the missile attack on the meeting, he wanted to know who had tipped off Osama. She said she didn't, she just sent General Ralston to let the Paks know it wasn't an Indian warhead. Regional politics and all that. Just catches the flavor of divided loyalties.
Tenet has a D'oh moment and tells her AQ owns Pak intelligence.
At a party later a toast is made to anybody with cajones. Albut really comes off as a numbskull.
