Well if'n you do a little digging you'll find him all over the place on the border issue. It depends upon his audience, etc as to his spiel for the day. He'll be an interesting character in the campaign but not much of a contender if the other candidates bring out his past. Look for Bell to stay after him as a lot of the Joker's support based upon a recent USA Survey maybe coming from Bell's side...
