I agree with every word you said. I know the president wanted to change the tone in Washington but it clearly hasn't worked and I didn't know that changing the tone included lying down and taking the crap being flung from every corner.
I think laying down and taking it has only encouraged the crap from the Dems. They know that Bush won't shoot back, and so they pile on. I'm all in favor of turning the other cheek, but not when it allows the nation's domestic enemies to undermine the national security policies of the nation.
