Why can’t we build a wall that close the entire southern boarder? Wouldn't it be cheaper to hand out 50 cal. machine-guns to the border patrol mounted in towers 300 meters apart with some concertina wire between us and Mexico. That's how we set up our forts in Viet Nam. You put up a fence and they will come and climb it. You shoot them dead, and they will stop coming.
