I suspect if Agenda 21 were actually being fully implemented as described in this article, there would be no massive infrastructure projects such as the Trans-Texas Corridor. It would go against such edicts as "preserving open space" and "protecting natural resources (for non-use?)."
so my question is...does it really propose to do what this article says? i can't find that it does, but maybe i'm not looking in the right place
