I said the Border Agents broke the law and should be punished.
And there is no hypocrisy in using an illegal drug runner to do it? I guess the ends justify the means.
The one characteristics that all prosecutors seem to share is absolutely no sense of right or wrong or fairness, just what they want, whatever it takes. In this case, there is more of a political agenda than punishing the crime, and is meant to send a message to the border patrol that the borders will remain wide open.
These two are mere pawns of an out of control Federal Government, hell bent on evading their own laws against illegal immigration. You talk about breaking laws but ignore the Federal Government looking the other way when it comes to Mexican's breaking the law. So much for the equal protection clause.

I don't need to show you squat. Just read your posts. You obviously support the illegal running drugs across the border and not our Border Patrol who try under extremely difficult circumstances (with a government which does NOT support their primary mission) do do their job.
The US Attorney was WRONG and just an extension of the total lack of support and antagonistic attitude toward the mission of securing our borders that some on this forum are wholeheartedly against. Perhaps instead of getting out your rope to hang these guys you should get out there and find out just how difficult our BP has it.

(Western countries really aren't up to winning this war on terror... it might offend the terrorists.)

ok PRND21 I am for shooting all drug running illegal aliens in the a$$, salt pellets would be good, they burn longer---and just to make you happy I will personally spank both of the border patrol agents and send them back to work without their dinner. Would that make you happy?
