Former Clinton Administration Secretary of State, Madeleine Albright, said that although she had requested a copy of the film, ABC had not given her one.
But, as Ms. Albright said, she has been told by people who have seen it that "It asserts as fact things that are not facts. For one, it depicts me as a decrepit hag and a blithering idiot."

I am not so sure we can blame 911 on clinton as I think he has a point that although OBL was considered dangerous, he had yet to do anything. But I think the future terror from Iran/North Korea and possibly China can be because he provided them the tools to do so.

I guess the "washer woman" don't ever remember saying "the US was too powerful" and we needed to share our technology with China in regards to missile guidance systems...which incidentally wound up in North Korean after they screw the US in a "deal" she brokered...

Of course it does, it's a film on TV. They have to fill in the blanks, and they do it with fictionalized meetings and conversations.
Since the people in those are still alive, there's no harm -- they can get free air time on CNN to correct the record.
