He was great, but horrible for the show ratings.
No Conservative will watch 26 minutes of DNC propaganda to see two minutes of Rush, ans no lib wants to see Rush at all!

Our local CBS affiliate was crowing (on last night's local news) that Katie's rating in the Twin Cities area were much higher than the rest of the country.
Every night, they run a segment of an interview they did with Couric when she visited the local station two weeks ago.

Her ending of asking for viewers to suggest her sign-off was real tacky, I think she lost a lot of viewers with that one, it just didn't come off as professional.
