Giuliani is picking and choosing his remarks with extreme care and caution at this point. He's not giving many public interviews and he's not agressively challenging anyone, left or right. Giuliani is trying to keep a low profile and allow his surrogates to advance his future political aspirations. The time for Giuliani to fight, is not right.
