Censorship is when the govt does it.What would you call yesterday's letter from four or five Democrat senators to Iger?

That's what I was thinking, too. But this is being done by government (and former) officials. It's a tricky path, indeed.
I'll stick with the, "Business decision," claim -for now.

The dems threatened ABC's license. It *IS* censorship and that's what it needs to be called.

No, its bias. Censorship is when the govt does it.That is correct, which makes this censorship, since the leadership of the senate majority sent a letter to ABC threatening to pull its license if it airs the movie without substantial whitewashing.

The government is doing this. Elected officials did threaten action, both explicitly and implicitly.
This is censorship.

The government used its power and coercion to censor political speech. This is indeed a violation of the First Amendment.

No, its bias.
Censorship is when the govt does it. In this case "intimidation", or "blackmail" might be better terms.

Don't let this get you down. Rally monkey time! This issue is your issue to win this up coming election. How , you may ask? Easy the democrats want to censor all items about then , but the reps let Michael Moore and george Soros spum their lies all day. Look to me the reps want free speech even if it hurts their own [party, but God forbid don't damage the same guy who said oral sex is not sex and taught the method to 1st graders. Come on this is all our chances to turn this right around and spin the election in the demos faces. let them bring out pissy chrissy, and clinton news network we can handle that. Bring up Spike Lee and his document on the levees . We have so much to work with I see this election turning right around. Start with one question , what is clinton so afraid of , what is he hiding now? This rally point brought to you by Betsy Ross, fly the flag on 911 please!
