Do some friggin' research. When the snatch team was in place to go after OBL, there was NO ONE from CIA there. No one. And, contrary to the movie, Massoud wasn't there. Wasn't even in the province. Or even the adjoining province. So if the unnamed CIA agent says it is all true, he doesn't know what he is talking about.
If you are talking about Michael Scheurer, who did head the unit, his statements have been posted all over FR today and he doesn't even come close to saying "it is all true." In fact, his statement on whether Berger spiked the mission was that he didn't know, he thought NSC might have done it but that Tenet told him that he personally made the call.
If the heads of the Bin Laden unit are what makes the sale for you on the topic, every head of Alec Station was interviewed for 'Ghost Wars', Steve Coll's book on CIA in Afghanistan. Maybe you ought to read it, instead of believing everything you read on the internet.
