In kosovo they love bill klintoon......Bosnian muslims love clinton, while there and even here in Africa, I've gotten arguments about how great clinton was as president.....They don't like my answers.....:)

use overwhelming technical advantage.
Or not offending the UN or some old colonial power like Belgium.
