This is nothing less than an implicit threat that if Disney tries to meddle in the US elections on behalf of the Republicans

Would this be a good time to bring up again Dan Rather and CBS' attempt to meddle in the 2004 election by bringing forth fake Texas Na. Guard documents?

I tell you, this is going to backfire on the Democrats because now the entire blogosphere, talk radio, and every other conservative media outlet is on to what the Dems are trying to do here, and this will only strengthen the motivation of the Republican base to get out and defeat the Democrats this year.

They could care less, the have the DBM at their disposal and they are desperate. Seeing no opposition to stop them, there is really no reason not to do what they did.
