Under state and federal laws, a person with a transsexual disorder is considered disabled, is protected from discrimination and must be reasonably accommodated by an employer...that may very well be true. I don't see anything in there that mentions teenagers, especially teen aged boy who will mock him mercilessly

I will guarantee you my friends and I would have had him in tears and and screaming obscenities at us by the third day. Kids are merciless at that age toward something like this.
