That's how it is in my family too. I'm the boomer and my husband is 13 years older. We're so lousy that 2 years ago we gave my husband son a house. A nice house with sidewalks in front and quiet neighborhood with lots of trees and quiet and safe. You know - 'cause we're selfish SOB's. LOL
