If the Israelis left a factory for making these with the Palestinians, they would have torn it down for the bricks and burned the rest as 'unclean'. They would throw the bricks at any infidels or polytheists they could find. Then they would go home to their tents to moan about the cold, the dark, and the hunger. And they would blame it on the Israelis. The Israelis who also left them greenhouses they trashed.

Improved battery technology is always welcome.

However, I have been reading about an upcoming product from EEStor - a high voltage ultracapacitor - which can outperform even state-of-the art lithium batteries for less money.
