What kind of idiotic judge allows a man who ran from police to be out free during the week, and just serve his 'time' on Saturdays and Sundays?

So I take it you would rather support the children of these folks rather than have the parents support them? If you don't think your taxes are high enough, you can always make donations to the government, but liberals like you probably want all of us to contribute to the support of the kids.

Sorry PAR35, you are wrong on this. First off, I'm not liberal. Far from it. Secondly, I'm not advising that we LAW-ABIDING tax payers pay for his children. I'm advising him to either OBEY the law, or PAY THE PRICE. If you get sentenced to jail, you should be ... IN JAIL. Not working 5 days, in jail for 2, working 5 days, in jail for two. That's not a real deterrent, obviously becuase idiot-boy did the same crime AGAIN. And lastly, I firmly believe my taxes are TOO HIGH, and the government is in too much of my business. You really have no idea about me, and didn't take the time to really READ what I wrote, did you? If you commit a crime, you should pay the penalty. Whether that is jail time, money, or whatever else. If you do another crime, or even more stupid, the same crime again, then you should get hit twice as hard. Keep the penalty up exponentially until it's actually enough of a deterrant that you STOP BEING A CRIMINAL.
