That's the only fault I have with this speech.....now the networks have all day to edit this speech to show the sheeples tonight.
I like this approach better. Rush will be all over it, as will Hannity and Levin. The cable shows will be chattering away, and then the evening news shows will have to pick up and discuss. And the papers have plenty of time to write complete (albeit slanted) articles about this TON of news.
Perhaps because some have already seen the contents of the bill he wants passed and he wanted to state his case before it got spun in the media.
Something I noticed was that at least 14 of those held in secret locations were sent to Gitmo, but he didn't say all. He also said that some were held near the battle fields and later said "time is of the essence".
