One reason the terrorists haven't succeeded ina ttacking us again is because of dedicated government employees who work day and night and we're grateful.
Another reason they haven't succeeded is because we've ahnged our policies because we've given LE and the military the tools they need to fight the terrorists.
The terrorists don't mass armies on borders and don't wear uniforms. They operate in the shadows of society.
The most important source of info on where they are hiding and where they are planning another strike is the terrorists themselves.
