now (assuming this report is correct), Bush is going to serve up the 3 top SOBs and tell the left (and McCain and Graham and Wagner) - "go explain to the american people why they deserve this package of rights you want to give them".
hey, this had to happen at some point. Bush is "all in" now on this issue, it will be a major part of the 2006 election.
