ABC will cover Clinton's ass once again and they will make it look like it's Bush's fault....period.

I understand the fear of that happening, but I really don't think they can do it with this piece. It's already in the can and although they might do a minor nip or tuck edit here and there to appease the Clintonites, the overall weight of the project's 40-million cost and the fact that copies are already in circulation will keep ABC committed to it.

According to posts by both the writer and director on the movie's blog, the second night will also highlight the Bush administration's missteps related to the terror threat prior to 9/11. Most people commenting on it for the left have probably not seen the second half yet, according to director Cunningham.

I don't know much about the writer, but I believe director David Cunningham is a man of integrity who is honestly trying to accurately portray what happened without any partisan agenda behind it. I don't think he would have been involved in the project otherwise.
