To: Prime Choice

Welcome to Arizona. There is plenty to do here, it gets hot and real estate is expensive, but they are building like crazy.

Kind of hot if you have to work outside. If you do, most work gets done before noon, due to the heat. Generally the humidity is lower than the midwest and east coast, so the heat is bearable until it gets to 115-120. :)

You kidding me? The wife and I are having a new home built and we're getting 3 times the house for 1/4rd the price of what we could ever get in California. I'm serious. The house we're getting would easily go for $1.2 - $1.5 million where we're currently living...and we'd only get a razor's slice of land surrounding it. Where we're moving to in AZ, we're getting a 3,200 square foot home (two story, so it's got a 1,600 sqft footprint) on an 11,000 square foot lot.
