FloridaLivin, but I never saw what was posted in #57 before being deleted by the moderators. Without knowing the contents of that post, it just looks like a nasty flame war between DarkAngel182 and FloridaLivin, started by whatever FloridaLivin said in #57.

Need to see what was in #57 before saying that. I missed it, too.

"I think it still rubs a lot of people that Judge Greer was re-elected with 80% of the vote in Pinellas Country..."And Republicans voted for Crist 2:1 over Gallagher.
Heads are exploding in Terriville.

Is it safe to assume you support Katherine Harris also?
I hope the Rep. can hang on in Nov.....time will tell.....
Plus, I would be careful about making jokes about disabled people on this forum.....

The "You'd better vote Republican or you'll get worse" argument.. Get ready....everyone will be hearing that a lot now through election day. As someone stated earlier, as long as there is an R by their name, you should pull the lever, even if it is the devil himself.
Also, a lot can come out between now and election day.....

Conservatives don't vote for liberals. Anyone who is so easily convinced to vote for a liberal, isn't a conservative.

This primary election seems odd to me. The Republicans of Florida voted for Crist, who appears not to be that conservative, but they also voted for Harris, who is very, very conservative. What gives?
I noticed certain people are allowed to bash and trash Harris without some of the "usual suspects" calling them on it? I wonder why that is???..:)

It bothers me that a lot of GOP people seem to be working on Nelson's campaign.
She is a great choice, I do wish she would have stayed as a representative a bit longer. We dont need more seats that are up in the air. Now that this is done, then the real conservatives need to get behind her.
Make no mistake there are a lot of people here who are just moveon.org and DU morons with a FR screenname. I don't care how long they have been here...

"Is it safe to assume you support Katherine Harris also?"Nope. Although I will never vote for a dem (unless it was Zell or Joe), I also won't vote for Tammy-Faye.
"Plus, I would be careful about making jokes about disabled people on this forum....."
If PVS is "disabled," then so is an arm grown in a fishtank, IMO. But lettuce move on from that. Maybe in the future something will turnip. Give it some thyme.
The Florida Republican Voters have spoken, by a 2:1 margin.

I understand. All one has to do is look at the people who bashed and trashed others on this thread for NOT supporting Crist, then head over to the Harris thread where you will not find one of them bashing and trashing those people who did NOT support Harris.
I think it is because some of the "usual suspects" sway with the wind and go with what is popular.

You don't support Harris? Well, that means you are just helping to get Democrats elected. I mean, that is what others have been told on this thread who don't want to vote for Crist. I guess it works the same way.
I will leave those who are disabled, including the owner of this site, to make what they wish of your comments. I am not going to fight about that today. However, your jokes are like what my 8 year old nephew tells, I guess some boys just never grow up.
Yes, the voters did speak, they voted for Crist and Harris, what an interesting turnout. Can't wait for Nov. Hope they can both pull it out. I would hate to lose the Gov. of Florida.

"This primary election seems odd to me. The Republicans of Florida voted for Crist, who appears not to be that conservative, but they also voted for Harris, who is very, very conservative. What gives?"It's really very simple. Nobody emerged strong enough to give Nelson a challenge. So we really didn't care who won the Senate primary. Whoever won it is going to lose. A lot of the Harris die hards gave her the nod. Heck, although I did not vote for her, a few years ago I was one of the folks who sent flowers to her office during the recount thing (remember that effort?).
But the Governor race is different. We can keep it pubbie if we nominated someone that wasn't a Terrihead. South Park Republicans are the majority in Florida, not the Terriheads.
By 2:1.

Not to be picky abou the facts or anything, but you seem to be mistaking "bashing" for freepers asking floriduh voter to back up some of her more, shall we say, delusional rantings about Crist supporters maybe having human sacrifice parties to celebrate his victory, that disabled people should move out of Florida, that she's now seriously watching and considering supporting third party candidates, that Crist is a murderer, etc.
Maybe asking for backup to outrageous lies is "bashing". But most of us don't support watching lies get posted as fact on Free Republic.

I have no idea what you are talking about. I am talking about people being bashed and trashed for not wanting to vote for Crist in Nov. Being accused of wanting to elect Democrats. You can find those posts at the very beginning of this thread.
Those not wanting to vote for Harris are doing the same thing.
