The rest of your propaganda (increased availability, purity, violent crime and lower cost) simply means that drug dealers are offering more of a better product at a lower price and fighting over a decreasing market.
If demand was up availability would be down, there would be plenty of business for everyone, and they'd be foolish to increase purity and lower prices.
