OK, I work with engineers, be nice.
They have a style of transmitting information which, while saying something is how it should be, doesn't really make them responsible for the outcome.
It's called "loss-prevention".
I practise it every day.
Drives me up a wall.

A follow-up to my previous post.
My tagline is a good example of "engineerspeak"
While not directly advocating anarchy or violence against anarchists, I am "implying" that a state of anarchy would be a good way of getting rid of the anarchists.
You, as the reader, can "infer" that is what I meant, or you may "infer" that I meant we could do anything we wanted.
