I know. I just reminds me of people who start arguing over the inheritance the minute someone dies also.
The issue appears to be that they are so eager to declare someone dead just to harvest their organs, that they could be doing it from someone who still has a life ahead of them. IOW, they killed the person just for the organs, not giving them a chance to recover. Life has become too devalued.
It's for reasons like this that family has to ok "pulling the plug" and the physician in charge of transplanting is different from the one responsible for the patient's care.
