Never heard of the fellow, know nothing about it, but Kottkamp sounds like a pretty good choice in this account. However, I should have thought the phrase "conservative trial lawyer" was a screaming oxymoron.

Kottkamp is not a good choice. He had an oath also to protect Terri Schiavo from 2002 to 2004 and he failed. He just voted for Terri to cover up what he did against her as House Judiciary Chair before Crist buddy Dave Simmons took over that post. Both Crist pals. Both protecting Judge Greer. BOTH TRIAL LAWYERS. His vote for Terri was to fool people because even Kottkamp knew the fix was in.
