I am trying to think of a similar icon that could be lost here in the US, and I can't think of one.

I was thinking on that this afernoon.

I felt the same way I did with Steve when I heard of the death of Jimmy Stewart.

I know they were a world apart and Jimmy lived a full life, but it was the way that they both lived it that makes me sad to see them no longer with us.

Oh my gosh! I had the exact same thoughts today when I was painting. .. Thinking that Jimmy Stewart was the only celebrity that when he died, I cried.
