As much as I agree with the sentiment and tone of the article, it's too bad somebody didn't fix a couple misspellings, etc., and check the facts just a little bit better (Somalia).

Agreed, Bush the Elder did start the initial involvement in Somalia-stated it was a humanitarian mission. I said at the time he laid a trap for Billy Butt Boy; that Clinton, once faced with it, could not help himself from expanding it.

Clinton had bashed Bush Sr. over and over in the campaign for military involvement. I think Bush Sr. handed Billy an involvement he could not pass up-the military doing humanitarian work. Billy would have to pull out and risk being labeled as insensitive to the Somalian Plight, or continue and expand. Billy chose continued Social Engineering, guided by his "Short Bus" Advisors.

He lived up to my prediction.

It is too bad that American soldiers had to die in an attempt to teach a lesson to Clinton, who has proven over and over again he is unteachable.
