That's a bit over the line comment about the president...but he makes the point that Bush hasn't yet laid out his Iraq agenda to the country and Rick Santorium as much said the same in his MTP moment debate with his Dim opponent today.
Bit over the line? That's like saying that Jeffery Dahlmer's dining habits were a bit over the line.
There we have it. The curiosity is quenched. Nobody has accused me of being a blind follower of President Bush, and I was having a hard time figuring out why this thread stayed up without without a barfer warning. All is clear now.
The President has made it abundantly clear that establishing a self-governing democracy in Iraq is our goal, and to do that we must pacify and educate scores of Iraqi politicians and policing personnel. THAT job is exactly what our courageous military is about right now in Iraq. They need most of all that we let them know we support their efforts, rather than sending them the defeatest messaage the democrap party is depending upon to empower them in the 2006 elections.
Don't help the democrats defeat our resolve by pretending the Presidnet and his Sect. Of Defense haven't conveyed their strategy in Iraq. The democrats have a strategy for Iraq, also: cut and run for cover and hope that the world of murdering Islamist don't notice and become even more emboldened by our running away in democrat triumph, leaving the Iraqi people do suffer the murderous Iranian plan for Iraq.
In other words, Bush should make public his strategies for winning the war??? I can hear the terrorists applauding and cheering that revelation.
Bush has on NUMEROUS occasions stated that he wanted Iraq to be ex Hussein, then a democratically elected government was to be established, then the military would be trained to take care of security and as they became able to do so, we would move our troops back, if not out of the country. What part of this don't you understand?
Au contraire, the agenda has been laid out. It is all encompassing, open ended "Stay the course"!
