I think Senators and Congress in general have too much time on their hands. They avoid the issues they should be working on, like reforming social security, and spend their time specifying waterless urinals.
Pretty soon we'll all be going back to outhouses.
Not necessarily outhouse, but the composting toilets I've read about. They're indoors. And I don't want one.

We already *have* waterless urinals -- they're otherwise known as the Great Outdoors. :')
