Excellent.
The only thing I'd nitpick is the "99 percent" estimate. If 99 percent were integrating satisfactorily, I don't think anyone would have noticed a problem. I suspect the true number is a bit lower.

Those entering any country who refuse to assimilate should have their entry rights revoked, then be sent back from their departure point. Mexicans, Ragheads, whatever.
Assimilation is a murky word and, unfortunately, the people who administer the process would probably be wooly minded socialists.
