Gadahn will eventually be captured or killed in Pakistan and will be not be sent to the U.S. because of his involvement in the 9/11 attacks as well as his involvement in the planning of subsequent operations, including the UK bomb plot that was foiled.
He will get the Khalid Sheik Mohommad treatment if he is captured instead of killed.
