Don't blame me, I voted for Tom McClintock. What a shame that we ended up with Schwarzenegger, who is is every much a phoney and liar today as he was in the recall election, and every much the spineless POS that Davis was/is. Schwarzenegger and the CA GOP can kiss my ass. California is doomed.
Terrible decision and will keep some voters home. I'll still vote for Arnold but only because the alternative is so much worse.

You gotta know what you're voting for when you vote. Arnold is about a 75-80% liberal, and 20-25% conservative. The Democratic leaders are generally about 95% liberal. So Arnold usually lets us down, but occasionally--he vetoed same sex marriage and occasionally opposes big spending--he supports us. People should have known that when they voted for him. If the Demos take over the state house it will get worse--but only a little worse.
A Republican SIGNED the bill. How many social conservatives and Christians voted for that Republican?
What we need now is a good trailer bill authored by some conservative legislator that will ensure religious freedom for Christian Universities and Colleges which administer Cal Grants to qualifying students. The bill needs to make these institutions exempt based on Biblical and religious convictions.
