Local Washington, DC newcast just reported that a van with Connecticut tags being driven by an Israeli was stopped and searched on 95at around 7:30 this evening. They found suspicious articles in the van including maps and pictures of local landmarks and bridges.
The van is being processed and the man is being held in College Park, MD for questioning. I have found no mention yet on local news websites.
Police Say Man Took Photos Of Baltimore Tunnel

Maryland State Police said they caught a man whom they called suspicious taking pictures of one of the Baltimore tunnels Friday evening.
Troopers pulled over a car on northbound Interstate 95 in Laurel. Police said they believe the man inside snapped photos of either the Harbor or Fort McHenry tunnel, but they are not sure which.
Investigators took the man into custody. Troopers remained at the scene to examine his car.
