He's done this before. After Kanye West made his ridiculous assertion that Bush is a racist, Fitty went ballistic on him. First Russell Simmons, now this...maybe the tide is turning. Maybe if somebody is just beaten up all the time by the press, he'll gain some kind of underdog status. It could happen.
Fair is fair. If Fitty calls things fair, that's a good thing.
Interesting point, hadn't considered that before. It makes sense, though. All the great stories & movies always have as their hero someone that just about everyone has written off, just before the hero starts to come back and win the day. Plus, I think real Americans love underdogs; as it is said, "neither bird, nor plane, nor even frog..."
