O yes, I do apologize, I'm a tad enthusiastic about me workouts, one might say obsessive.. but when I hit the proverbial "wall" I'm sorta lookin fwd to the physiological changes that are sure to take place... but in the meantime, you know, it's just "balls to the wall."
