I have bad backaches from time to time for years ..I was just telling my daughter in law last weekend that I had not been plagued with the agonizing back pain I sometimes get.
This is just pain, ..a tired, sore back..not agonizing but it forced me to just mostly rest today..Even typing was a chore..so I didn't. I have felt so good lately.. almost like a 60 year old again! ;)
