I've drunk my share of High Life. It's a fairly decent, cheap American beer and, although I do like the high-end stuff and I did whip up a batch of homebrew this evening, good, cheap American beer reminds me of the old guys in my grandmother's town who used to get it in buckets from taverns, and of college days. It's pretty nice on a hot day after mowing the lawn.
When the last of my cans of High Life are finished, my cheap beer choice will be a Pabst product, unless Pabst has gone a-whoring too.
I hear this story is a fraud. Miller never supported this. Now I can continue on my drunken pickle minded path through society void of personal contact.
Miller is owned by a South African corporation. It is about as American as the Kruger Rand.
It's sort of the same dilemma I have with my car -- a Dodge. American or German? I still think of Miller (and Dodge) as historically American brands.

I don't drink anymore either. But I don't drink any less.
I suppose if i were an ILLEGAL ALIEN miller would make it easier for me to contact them.
