Big difference between 'hater' and critic.. I don't see hate, I see the latter part of the verse you quoted:

I don't hate him. I just find him weak and not a good listen and poor on show prep. But I don't hate him.

Jo, Sean deserves a lot of the criticism he gets. The really bad Sean bashers are pretty much gone.
I like to think we are helping to shape Sean's future performance in the radio talk show arena.
I like Sean, but he really hacks me sometimes.
