I is a huge accomplishment. One must envision the enourmouse efforts in building them a fully functional command center, then training their personel to run the place. No small tasks.
Things continue to move along. Many things little or not discussed in the L/MSM or even in military papers, are being put in place. Iraq by the end of 2007 should be fully stand alone. Then we can just keep key small units from the Army/Marines/Navy, and Airforce to keep them on track, advice, and perhaps eventually show them just how best to work toward inclusion in NATO.
