Don't know for sure, but wouldn't surprise me. Get a DL in Tenn. and go to Urah and register. Easy as pie.
I've been in Salt Lake City and if it didn't get so cold in the winter it would be a really nice place to live. Good living, highly moral folks, who are mostly conservative. I've been there a few times...I find that Mayor incomprehensible...
