Yup, the solar cell producers (big investors in Arnold) need high power prices to cover the cost of producing the cells.

There was a bill that passed in the Senate yesterday requiring the PUC to allot at least 10% of the overall funds for the California Solar Initiative ($3 BILLION) to installation of solar energy systems on low-income residential housing. The mandates and regulations just keep coming!

Sacramento is a Niagara of socialist proposals. Every year, just when you think you have been let down, they manage to exceed their previous record for stupidity.
