The hilarious part of the energy crisis a few years was that Kaleefornia was so desperate for energy that it paid polluting companies for power and paid any fines generated from the pollution. Classic case of the inmates running the asylum.

So: Let me ask what has changed their desperation? Is it just that they have been lucky this summer and it wasnt too hot? Where are they getting their electricity from now?
