Katherine Harris is the one in elected office and can prove she supports the Fair Tax by cosponsoring the bill and she refuses to do so.
The bill was introduced in 1999, and Harris didn't come into Congress until 2002. Kinda hard to be a co-sponsor when you're in Congress for just four years.
Since then Harris had more pressing concerns, such as the WOT, than worrying about the FairTax.
