What on earth is Fox News doing with a cameraman in Gaza or the West Bank that is sympathetic to the "Palestinian Cause?" I would expect Fox to screen for such Pali Sympathizers who taint the coverage against Israel.

Actually it makes sense for them to hire Palestinian sympathizers. Who else would be stupid enough to go into the West Bank and risk being kidnapped?
