Not, SNL. Every year the NYC mayors office and the press have a dinner at which the folks from the mayors office provide comic entertainment. It was nothing more than a comedy sketch. Boy, I hope there are no pictures left of the Halloween party where I appeared as Raggedy Anne and my girlfriend as Andy.

He donned the Marilyn Monroe style wear for the press dinner. He dressed up as a old neighborhood lady on SNL.
