It's the wierdest set of threads I've ever encountered here. The Terri threads are among the very longest threads ever recorded here, yet they continue, month after month, some four years later.

Very strange.

I am a suspicious sort (I am a former cop).

This behavior has made Free Republic look nuttier and nuttier. The Democrats couldn't have asked for anything more in the wake of 2000 and 2004.

Perhaps this is a combination of (a) true-believing "useful idiots" and (b) the sort of folks who find idiots useful.

So let's drop Terri - even though you must understand that legally sanctioned murder of an innocent, albeit a helpless innocent, based on the testimony of a husband who sang a different story until the very day he got the money is appalling. But let's drop it.
