The Justice Department needs to investigate
PROSECUTORIAL ABUSE.
The prosecutor knew. And Armitage and Powell could have gone public when Judith Miller was arrested. No need to wait for prosecution of Libby.
They were public servants and the cause of this and they did not fulfill their public obligations regarding things of which they had REAL KNOWLEDGE and thus keep innocent people from being prosecuted.
I think there is a CRIMINAL OFFENSE here somewhere. With Powell, Armitage and/or Fitzgerald.
Arrest all THREE and squeeze their nuts.
Don't forget Marc Grossman!!! He needs to be investigated!!

I haven't seen an indication YET that any news outfit has even tried to INTERVIEW THEM!!!
BTW..I just cruised by Olbermann's show for a split second...and he and some guy were ridiculing and calling a liar, Stephen Hayes of Weekly Standard for STILL alledging that there was a link between Saddam and Al-queda!!
They were acting like HAYES is the looney tunes!
